At Taneli, we take pride in crafting jewelry that you’ll love. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at teamtaneli@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or engraved jewelry
- Gift cards
6. Exchange Policy
If you’d like a different size or design, we offer exchanges on eligible items. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
