To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Products that have been used or tampered with will be returned to the customer, and the exchange will not be processed.

Damage Claims:

In case of any damaged products, an opening video of the unboxing process is required for the exchange request to be processed. This helps us ensure that the damage occurred during shipping and allows us to address the issue more effectively.

Return Shipping:

Credit Notes:

In the case of an approved credit note, only the product value will be credited. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
